Every Headliner that works an Hysterical gig is automatically entered into the competition.  It's been decided that next year the Features will have their own competition.  (Hmmm, think carefully about begging for a promotion.  Are you a killer Feature but less than stellar Headliner?)  Comics are judged in three categories by everyone you come in contact with on Hysterical gigs.
